DMCA Policy

DMCA Policy: At Cars.ipak.pk, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and fully comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid claims.

Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on Cars.ipak.pk without permission, please provide the following information:

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will review it and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content. We may also notify the user who posted the material.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed mistakenly.
  3. Your full contact information.
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
